How do I purchase a Day Pass or Membership?
The easiest way to purchase a Memberships or Day Passes is here on our website (Click Here) or they can be purchased in person at The Mountain Space. If you have any problems or questions, please contact management by phone or email.

Where do I find the password for the internet?
Once you have purchased a pass or membership you will receive a welcome email which will include the current password for the network Mountain Space Members.
How do I gain access to the building?
Monthly members will be allowed 24/7 access to the building. Once your membership is established, access is given through an app called KISI which permits door entry using your phone and the access pads at each of the front doors.
What hours can the Day Pass be used?
The regular business hours are 9am to 6pm. Day Passes can be used during those business hours.
Can I enter the building early?
If you contact management in advance, special arrangements can be made so that you may enter the building early before 9am.
Where can I take a phone call or video conference?
Phone calls and video conferences may be taken in either of the two phone booths on the main level. Alternately, the lower-level Flex (or hybrid) room may be used to take a call. However, users need to be aware that this, Flex room, might be previously booked by another member. Please check the booking calendar before occupying the Flex space. Advance bookings have priority. If the room is not booked, it can be used on a walk-in basis.
May I share the network password?
The answer is yes and no. If you are monthly member and your visitor needs the access to collaborate with you then YES. If you are Day Pass user, NO you may not share the password with anyone at any time.
When does a visitor need a Day Pass or their own membership?
If someone is using the network and the office facilities, they should purchase their own day pass or membership.
Can I use the shower?
The downstairs bathroom has a shower. The shower is a perk for monthly members. 30-minute time slots for the shower should be booked just like a conference room through The Mountain Space app. Although we have the building cleaned regularly, this is not a hotel. Please tidy up the bathroom and shower after you finish and deposit your towel in the bin.
Daily Passes
Take care of the job at hand. Away from home and need to work? Or in Summit County on a ski trip? Stop in and take care of biz. A Day Pass gives you access to The Mountain Space from 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday. Have some coffee or print a report. You will still get full internet access and conference room time can be booked, when available. Take a sample of what we offer. You might want to become a full member. Working doesn’t have to be a stuffy or lonely endeavor.

Hot Desk
Take a seat! Come on in and sit down. You will have unlimited access to The Mountain Space all day and seven days a week. Sit at any available desk of chair and go to work. The Hot Desk membership for the free spirt to roam about. Use a lounge chair today or a vacant desk the next or sit on our outside deck and enjoy the views. Ethernet ports abound plug in or use the Wi-Fi connection. All amenities included plus monthly conference room time at no additional charge.
$299 per month
10 Day Pass
Buy 10 Day Passes at once with this package and save $50. Use the Day Passes whenever is convenient for you. Non-transferable. Day passes are valid from 9 AM to 6 PM Monday through Friday. Sit at any available desk of chair and go to work. Use a lounge chair today or a vacant desk the next or sit on our outside deck and enjoy the views. Ethernet ports abound plug in or use the Wi-Fi connection.
10 day pass package: $300
Dedicated Desk
Need space, but not solitude? The Dedicated Desk is the solution. Reserve a desk in our community that will always be available. You will have access to The Mountain Space 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. A dedicated desk will be reserved with your name on it. Bring in a small plant to decorate your desk and store necessary items in the provided file cabinet. In our ever-expanding cyber world, an entire company can be run from a laptop computer and a single desk. All desks have access to ethernet wall ports to enjoy Full Gig Speed service. And Wi-Fi is available everywhere within the building. Your membership also includes monthly conference room time at no additional charge.
Desk location may be dependent on availability. Use file cabinets for storage, but do not leave valuables behind.

Private Office
Your own lockable office. For yourself or up to 3 team members of your organization. A quiet sanctuary to conduct business and tackle your next challenge. You will have 24/7 access to the building. Each office offers multiple ethernet ports to take advantage of our Gig Speed service. You may use our desk or bring in your own. All the offices offer spectacular mountain views. Also enjoy all of the amenities that The Mountain Space offers with this top tier membership. Membership also includes monthly conference room time at no additional charge.
